2. Use of Credited Balance

  • The credited balance in your account can be used to place specific marketing orders on our site. This balance is non-refundable and must be used within the terms specified at the time of credit purchase.

3. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on credited balances or on any services provided. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card provider or payment processor.

4. Chargeback Prevention

  • In the event of a payment dispute, you agree to contact Blue Chip NYC/Media Management first to resolve the issue before initiating any chargeback request.
  • Any chargebacks initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the services provided.

5. Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to investigate any payments that we suspect may be fraudulent or unauthorized. If we determine that a payment is fraudulent, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your account and referring the matter to the appropriate legal authorities.

6. Resolution of Disputes

  • Any disputes arising from or relating to payments, including but not limited to chargebacks, shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in this Agreement.
  • You agree to cooperate with us and provide any information that we reasonably request to investigate and resolve any payment disputes.

7. Acknowledgment

  • By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these payment and dispute resolution terms.
